Ensure that this garden building is assembled carefully, following the provided instructions, and installed on a stable, level base made from durable materials. For longevity, treat the structure both inside and out with a high-quality wood preserver and water-resistant solution shortly after assembly, and reapply annually to maintain its condition. All glazing must be sealed on both sides with silicone or another waterproofing solution (not included).
