The Quan Medium Island Carbon is a deluxe barbecue featuring an 800×800 mm fire plate, 10mm thick, offering precise temperature control. Its central area reaches approximately 400°C, allowing adaptable cooking options. Crafted with a removable stainless steel inner bowl for easy cleaning, the outer bowl acts as a shield against the fire's heat. Equipped with an adjustable air vent system for flame control, this barbecue is placed on a robust, single-ply base, raising the fire plate to an ideal 90cm above the ground. Designed for mobility, the Medium Island comes equipped with a wheel set for effortless movement.
