The Quan Medium Corten barbecue boasts an 800×800 mm fire plate, 10mm thick, offering precise cooking control. Its central zone reaches approximately 400°C, while the outer areas maintain a cooler temperature, allowing for versatile cooking styles. Featuring a removable stainless steel inner bowl for easy cleaning, the outer bowl acts as a protective barrier against the inner fire heat. This barbecue includes an adjustable air vent system for flame intensity control. Supported by a sturdy single-ply base, it positions the fire plate at an optimal height of 90cm above the ground.
