The Quan Medium Carbon barbecue boasts an 800×800 mm fire plate that's a robust 10mm thick. This design allows for precise temperature control, reaching around 400°C at the centre and remaining cooler towards the edges. Crafted with a removable stainless steel inner bowl, cleaning is a breeze. The separation between the inner and outer bowls acts as a heat shield, providing added protection. Featuring an adjustable air vent system, you can easily regulate flame intensity. Supported by a sturdy, single-ply base, this barbecue sits at an optimal height of 90cm above the ground.
