Pizzo-Set - Wood Fired Pizza Oven with Stand

The Pizzo Set includes the Pizzo pizza oven and the Baso stand, a fusion of Italian essence and practical Nordic design. For those familiar with pizzas cooked in wood-fired ovens, the anticipation is real! With temperatures soaring up to 400°C, pizzas are swiftly ready in mere minutes.

 Wheels can be attached to the stand, wheels are available as Accessories.

Description

Pizzo:

• Dimensions (pizza oven separately): 80 x 81 x 96 cm (width * depth * height incl. chimney)
• Dimensions with Baso stand: 100 x 81 x 182 cm (width * depth * height with chimney).
• Weight approx. 76 kg, with stand ca 107 kg
• Material: stainless steel interior, COR-TEN steel exterior
• Thermal insulation: 10 cm rock wool (roof and walls)
• Stone baking surface: 60 x 60 cm (holds 2 pizzas of approx. 30 cm each at a time)
• The pizza stones (made in Italy) are made of a mixture of refractory clay and aluminium oxide, which ensures rapid heating and excellent cooking results
• Double-layered door with a reflective sheet that reflects the heat back into the oven
• Oven thermometer with a scale of 0 – 500°C
• The oven fits a shallow pot or pan measuring 30 x 59 x 11 cm (width * depth * height)
• Holes at the bottom to allow condensation to drip out of the oven if necessary
• Transported in parts, packed on a pallet

• NB! The stainless steel chimney of the product will turn purple in places under the effect of heat, which does not alter the characteristics of the product.

• The height of the legs is adjustable in two positions to ensure that the work surface is at the same height (85 cm) with and without wheels

Made of COR-TEN steel. When used appropriately, COR-TEN steel is durable, long lasting and maintenance free and will stand the test of time in a unique way. The surface layer is initially greyish, then turns reddish brown (rust-like tint), becoming even darker over time.
