Pizzo-XL-Set - Wood Fired Pizza Oven with Stand and Side Table

The Pizzo-XL-set features the Pizzo pizza oven alongside the generously sized Baso-XL prep table, merging Italian heritage with Nordic practicality. Those acquainted with wood-fired oven pizzas anticipate the culinary delight! Pizzas are swiftly prepared within minutes, thanks to the high temperatures ranging between 300-400°C. The expansive prep table provides ample space for all essential pizza preparations right beside the pizza oven.

However, the Pizzo pizza oven offers more than just pizza-making. It's versatile for baking various pastries and breads like white bread, rye bread, ciabatta, and more. Its exceptional thermal insulation ensures prolonged high heat, allowing for a wide array of dishes to be effortlessly cooked. 

Wheels can be attached to the stand, wheels are available as Accessories.

Pizzo:

• The oven fits a shallow pot or pan measuring 30 x 59 x 11 cm (width * depth * height)

 Made of COR-TEN steel. When used appropriately, COR-TEN steel is durable, long lasting and maintenance free and will stand the test of time in a unique way. The surface layer is initially greyish, then turns reddish brown (rust-like tint), becoming even darker over time.
