Yet, the Pizzo pizza oven isn't limited to pizzas alone. It doubles as a versatile oven suitable for baking a diverse range of pastries and breads, such as white bread, rye bread, and ciabatta. Thanks to its exceptional thermal insulation, the oven retains high heat levels for extended periods, facilitating the preparation of an extensive array of dishes.

- Double-layered door with a reflective sheet that reflects the heat back into the oven

- The oven fits a shallow pot or pan measuring 30 x 59 x 11 cm (width * depth * height)
- Holes at the bottom to allow condensation to drip out of the oven if necessary

- NB! The stainless steel chimney of the product will turn purple in places under the effect of heat, which does not alter the characteristics of the product.
NB! The product can be installed on a wooden base, provided that the base of the stove is properly fireproofed and that national fire safety regulations are complied with. For more detailed installation and maintenance instructions, please refer to the instruction manual of the product.
Made of COR-TEN steel. When used appropriately, COR-TEN steel is durable, long lasting and maintenance free and will stand the test of time in a unique way. The surface layer is initially greyish, then turns reddish brown (rust-like tint), becoming even darker over time.
