Designed by Petteri Wiimaa, this rack is crafted from Corten steel, almost pure carbon steel treated to provide a weather-resistant surface. Initially greyish, it transforms into a reddish-brown hue due to weathering, forming a darker patina over time.
Corten steel is durable, vivid, and maintenance-free, ageing uniquely and resiliently. These products can withstand outdoor storage throughout the year, requiring no special storage conditions.
