Crafted from Corten steel, almost pure carbon steel, processed to form a protective layer on the surface for weather resistance. Initially greyish, the surface transitions to reddish-brown due to weather conditions, resembling rusting, gaining a darker hue over time.
Properly used, Corten steel exhibits expressive, durable, and maintenance-free qualities, ageing uniquely. Sourced and produced in Finland.

The product must not be installed on a wooden surface as the fire pit will become hot from the bottom during the fire. There are holes in the bottom of the fire pit from which small pieces of coal can fall out. The holes in the bottom act as drainage holes to prevent standing water from accumulating inside the fire pit.
Corten steel products can be stored outdoors all year round. Does not require storage.
