Rotisserie

Pictured alongside our fire shield, our Rotisserie boasts a sturdy British steel frame designed to straddle your fire pit, offering three distinct cooking heights. With a straightforward locking mechanism, you can effortlessly rotate your food for consistent cooking. Skewer your meats or vegetables onto the stainless steel prongs, then monitor periodically—around every 15 minutes—as your food slowly spit-roasts, soaking up its natural juices and the delightful smoky essence from the fire pit. The skewers can accommodate a variety of items, from small chickens and legs of lamb to pineapples, cabbages, cauliflowers, watermelon, onions, and more—making it perfect for both meat and veggies!

This manual mechanism operates without the need for any battery power. Over years of experimentation, we've abandoned the notion of an automatic rotisserie. Our straightforward turning and locking mechanism offer the advantages of a spit roast without relying on the perfect balance needed to prevent automatic rotisseries from burning out their motors. (Automatic rotisseries often struggle with uneven spit loading, causing them to overexert on heavier turns and race through lighter ones, quickly depleting batteries and motors.)

Our fire pit Rotisserie is compatible with our 60-90cm circular fire pits, including models like Ball Stand, BBQ King, Celeste, Classic, Drum, Fire Bowl, Legs Eleven, Pete’s Oven, Plain Jane, Solex, and even our Outdoor Kitchen. However, please note that our 120cm Rotisserie is specifically designed for use with our Plain Jane 120 model featuring Four Swing Arm BBQ Racks.

Maintaining your fire pit

NB: All our fire pits, lids and accessories will begin to rust immediately and will not maintain their black finish. However, this will not affect their long term durability. As all our fire pits are handmade from sheet steel which has naturally occurring blemishes, there may be very slight variations in the forging and finish.
