The warming oven presents an alternative cooking method for meats, potatoes, and vegetables. To achieve optimal cooking conditions, build a substantial fire in the fire pit approximately 1 to 1.5 hours before your intended cooking time. The larger and hotter the fire, the better it heats the warming oven. Ensure the pizza oven door remains closed as the fire develops, as this will help attain an ideal cooking temperature of 220 degrees Celsius or higher if the fire reaches the necessary intensity.
