Asado Doble BBQ

Inspired by South American fire tables, our grills embrace the a la parrilla grilling technique, utilising ember heat to infuse your food with a delightful smoky flavour. Simply load the fire basket with logs, wait for the embers to descend onto the fire bricks, then manoeuvre them onto the grill for cooking.

The Asado Doble BBQ features dual floating grills adaptable to different heights, allowing for cooking closer to the embers or higher above the heat. Additionally, it includes a rotisserie positioned between the fire basket and floating grills.

Adding to its functionality, the overhead smoking cage not only presents an impressive sight but also provides additional cooking space. Hang it above the fire basket to keep corn warm or to infuse cheeses with a delightful smoky essence.

Maintenance: Remember after cleaning your grills to oil them with cooking oil

NB: All our fire pits, lids and accessories will begin to rust immediately and will not maintain their black finish. However, this will not affect their long term durability.
