As one of our latest offerings and the centrepiece of our collection, the BonBiza Open stands as the largest product in the entire BonFeu lineup. Unlike the regular BonBiza, the BonBiza Open features a convenient wood storage area in its base. This makes it the perfect choice for enjoying cooking while basking in the warmth of a crackling fire. Accessories available separately.

Crafted from Corten steel, the BonBiza Open Rust boasts weather-resistant brown-rust properties. Its rust-coloured, dense oxide layer shields the core material, slowing down oxidation. Conversely, the BonBiza Open Black is constructed from steel, which may rust under humid conditions. Please note that the BonBiza Open will develop a rust patina, enhancing its robust and enduring appearance.

With an 80cm diameter and 6mm thickness, the plancha serves as an exceptional cooking and baking surface. Its ample size enables the preparation of multiple dishes simultaneously. The heat gradually spreads from the plancha's centre to its edges, catering to various culinary applications.
