Introducing the BonBiza! The BonBiza, an outdoor culinary marvel by BonFeu, resembles a large barbecue but is designed for plancha cooking. As one of our latest offerings and the centrepiece of our collection, the BonBiza stands out as the largest product in the entire BonFeu lineup. It's the ideal addition for cooking while relishing a comforting fire.

The BonBiza Rust is crafted from Corten steel, renowned for its weather-resistant brown-rust appearance. Its rust-coloured, dense oxide layer shields the core material from oxygen, slowing down oxidation. Meanwhile, the BonBiza Black is constructed from steel, which, under humid conditions, tends to rust. Please note that the BonBiza will develop a rust patina, enhancing its robust and enduring allure.

Plancha Cooking on the BonBiza What sets the BonBiza apart is its versatility; it allows you to indulge in a warm fire while preparing delightful meals on the plancha.

The plancha boasts an 80cm diameter and a 6mm thickness, providing an exceptional cooking and baking surface. Its ample size allows for simultaneous cooking of various dishes. The heat gradually emanates from the plancha's centre to its edges, catering to diverse culinary applications.

Cleaning the BonBiza is effortless when not in use. Residual food and excess oil can be effortlessly manoeuvred into the fire using a spatula. Afterward, a damp cloth can be used to clean the baking tray, preparing it for your next culinary adventure.
