For safe installation, please assemble in strict accordance with the provided instructions, ensuring placement on a firm, level base made of a durable material. To extend its lifespan, treat the playhouse both inside and out with a quality wood preservative and water-resistant treatment shortly after assembly, and reapply annually. All glazing should be sealed with silicone or another waterproof solution (not included) on both sides.
