The Story Of Fire Pits UK

You never know what the outcome of a teenage party will be. For us, and completely by surprise, it was a new business. Back in 2008, our son had a party which we’ll remember forever.

As with every British summer party, the weather was looking ‘unpredictable’ and Tim’s answer to this was to make a fire pit. It made the party. We all stayed outside until the wee hours and later everyone we knew wanted one too. And that was it. Fire pits UK was born.

Today, we still uphold the values that founded the business: highest quality craftsmanship with sustainability at its heart. We make all of our fire pits, pizza ovens and outdoor kitchens by hand in our workshop in rural Monmouthshire. We use high-grade, thick British steel and we use construction methods that mean they’ll last. All of our designs are Tim’s own and he continues to add to the collection of over 40 distinctive Firepits. But they are also for more than just warmth and atmosphere: we are passionate about cooking over fire and have developed a range of BBQ accessories that make flame cooking and Firepits with BBQs a doddle.
