Description
WoodStock M modular shelf is a swiftly mounted and visually striking solution for firewood storage, also serving as a versatile room divider, effortlessly segmenting garden or patio areas when interconnected.
Designed by Petteri Wiimaa, this shelf is crafted from Corten steel, an alloy primarily composed of carbon steel but treated to create a weatherproof surface. Initially presenting a greyish appearance, it gradually transitions to a reddish-brown hue when exposed to weather elements, further deepening in color over time.
Properly utilised, Corten steel boasts vividness, durability, and low maintenance requirements, enduring time in a distinctive manner. Items made of Corten steel can be safely stored outdoors throughout the year without the need for specific storage conditions.
