Designed by Petteri Wiimaa, this outdoor fireplace is fashioned from Corten steel, a nearly pure carbon steel treated to acquire a protective weather-resistant layer on its surface. Initially displaying a greyish hue, the steel evolves over time, transitioning into a rich reddish-brown tone akin to natural rust due to weather exposure.

Corten steel, when properly maintained, embodies expressiveness, durability, and requires minimal upkeep, ageing gracefully in its distinct manner. The product must not be installed on a wooden surface as the fire pit will become hot from the bottom during the fire. There are holes in the bottom of the fire pit from which small pieces of coal can fall out. The holes in the bottom act as drainage holes to prevent standing water from accumulating inside the fire pit.

Corten steel products can be stored outdoors all year round. Does not require storage.
