Dome Oven

Our wood-fired Dome Oven, crafted from durable British steel, is designed to endure outdoor elements. Its domed steel roof optimally reflects heat, ensuring higher cooking temperatures, while the rotating cooking platform evenly cooks food without losing heat from opening the oven door.

Unique among outdoor ovens, our Dome Oven relies on logs rather than pellets or kindling for fuel. To ignite, pull the fire plate forward, start the fire, load logs once it's burning well, then push it to the back and close the door. The oven quickly heats up, providing ample time to cook not just pizzas for the family but also for a gathering.

However, wood-fired outdoor ovens aren't limited to pizzas. Roast vegetables, bake fish, slow-cook stews, flame-grill steaks, infuse smoky flavors into large joints, bake bread, or even slow-cook fruit cheeses. The oven includes air vents for heat control, allowing for slower bakes or reaching temperatures exceeding 500°, monitored by an inbuilt thermometer. After use, clean out the ash by sliding out the fire plate once the oven cools.

For optimal use, the Dome Oven requires a sturdy base capable of withstanding high temperatures.
